First timers: when you book your first class or buy your first class pack you will then get an email telling you how to create a password and establish an account. Again, this occurs after the first purchase.

We are streaming via ZOOM.  Live stream links are sent out before the start of class. If you are booking within 30 minutes of the start of class, you will receive the email within a minute or two.

We recommend "active speaker view" as your setting once you are logged in.

We will be recording each class but only we, the teachers, will be viewed in those recordings. 

When class is over feel free to stay and chat or click "leave" when you are ready. 

There CAN be challenges with any technology! Remember this is yoga, take a deep breath! We will figure it out!
