Hearon was in his 50’s before he took his first yoga class. The description in that first class of utilizing breathing techniques to calm the mind and body, and the linkage of breath to movement, were life changing for him. Encouraged by friends and family to more deeply pursue this interest, Hearon competed the 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. He loves all types and levels of yoga practice but as a teacher has a special passion for bringing the gifts of yoga to those who might otherwise be hesitant to try it and his goal is to help everyone feel comfortable within their own practice. Hearon has always been very active and has found that yoga is an excellent compliment to running and cycling or playing golf or tennis.
