Morgan began practicing yoga to relieve stress from her corporate job. The breath work, sweat, and connection to her body soon brought a sense of calm she could not live without. Fourteen years later, while pregnant with her son, Morgan pursued her 200 hour yoga teacher training.
Morgan was recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. The disease has given her a new appreciation for mental and physical strength. Movement is healing and fuel for our bodies and minds.
Morgan’s practices are inclusive of all bodies, she utilizes teaching modifications to remind us that our bodies may change but our minds are resilient.
Off the mat you can find Morgan sailing, kiteboarding, paddleboarding, painting and laughing with her family and friends.
