Jenica has been practicing yoga since 2015, when a friend invited her to a yoga studio after going to classes at her gym. She loves vinyasa classes but also incorporates yin yoga and meditation into her practice. The greatest benefit to her has been how the mind-body
connection has brought more peacefulness into her life, and she hopes to share this with her students.
Jenica completed 200-hour yoga teacher training in May 2020. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, anything on the water, and volunteering at an
animal shelter. She recently had one of the best experiences of her life going to Kenya on a safari.
