Shrine Mont Yoga Retreat Fall 2022!

Join us as we take StayTunedYoga on the road! This fabulous fall retreat will be held at the beautiful Shrine Mont Retreat Center in Orkney Springs, Virginia. Enjoy yoga in spectacular scenery, fill up on amazing food, and try out all the other amenities that Shrine Mont has to offer! Perhaps you'll have a chance to connect with some old friends, and maybe you'll meet a new friend or two also. We'll have yoga daily, lots of great food, and also plenty of time built in for rest and relaxation. No need to worry about leaving Shrine Mont while we're there. They have everything we need for a spectular weekend!

We've secured two cottages, situated side-by-side. Lexington Cottage has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a living room with a fireplace.  It also has large front porches on both the first and second stories, both outfitted with rocking chairs. In addition to the front porches, it also has two screened porches on the back of the cottage, on both the first and second floors. This cottage was built in the 19th Century, and at one time was the Community Store and Post Office for Orkney Springs. The other cottage, Vienna House, was also built in the mid-19th Century, and is right next door to both Lexington Cottage and Virginia House (the dining hall, and lobby and reception area). Vienna House was expanded and renovated in 2018, and has five bedrooms and four and a half baths, a large living room with a fireplace, and a kitchenette.  Vienna House also has a large wraparound porch, perfect for sitting in a rocking chair and watching the world go by.

Both cottages have two twin beds in each room, and can be either single or double occupancy. Most bedrooms have a private bathroom. Some of the bedrooms share a bathroom (where two bedrooms share one bathroom). We also have 3 rooms that have a double bed and a single bed in each room (providing the option for a triple room). We'll assign rooms as you sign up, so first come, first served! But as we found out during the last retreat, we don't spend a ton of time in our rooms. There's plenty to do outside, and those porches look like a great place to catch up with friends, or relax and maybe close your eyes....
