Brandie first began practicing yoga in college as a means of strengthening and stretching for injury prevention with collegiate running, but quickly fell in love with the mental benefits that the practice afforded her. She went on to earn her M.S. in Exercise Physiology and continued to apply the benefits of yoga practice in a clinical hospital setting upon graduating. In 2020 she earned her 200-hour RYT certification. She enjoys sharing her passion for physical activity with a wide range of individuals, ranging from cardiac patients to athletes and everyone in between. She hopes to cultivate strength, confidence, compassion, and clarity in her students that they can bring off their mat and apply throughout their lives.
When not on her mat or logging miles on the pavement, she loves to spend time hiking, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her friends, family, and husky.
